Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff and leadership teams
- Drive performance management, coaching, and succession planning
- Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
- Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
- Oversee patient care delivery systems and practice standards across units
- Ensure optimal staffing, resource utilization, and workflow efficiency
- Maintain clinical expertise and supervise care delivery
- Resolve patient/family concerns related to care and services
- Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, Nursing Practice Act, and federal/state regulations
