The supervisor will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficiency across radiologic procedures, especially mammography. This includes supervising technologists and support staff, optimizing workflow, conducting training, evaluating staff performance, and participating in hiring and disciplinary processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily imaging services across front office and technical support teams.
- Ensure adequate staffing and effective workflow to support patient care and compliance.
- Collaborate in interviewing, onboarding, and training new hires.
- Monitor and evaluate performance; deliver feedback and performance reviews.
- Serve as acting department leader in the absence of Imaging Services Manager.
- Maintain compliance with The Joint Commission, CMS, and CDPH regulations.
- Support a professional, compassionate care environment aligned with hospital values.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of imaging reports and patient information.
- California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT)
- ARRT Certification - Must include both RT (Radiologic Technology) and M (Mammography).
- Associate of Science (AS) in Radiologic Technology (required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years clinical imaging experience, with 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
- Familiarity with Joint Commission, CMS, and CDPH standards
- Strong organizational, communication, and team leadership skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure
