Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead a Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) culture across the facility
- Develop and implement equipment reliability standards, including:
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance programs
- Equipment Maintenance Plans
- Criticality Analysis
- Condition-Based Monitoring
- CMMS optimization
- Drive a data-driven maintenance strategy using KPIs such as:
- MTTR (Mean Time to Repair)
- MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures)
- Equipment Uptime
- PM Compliance
- Lead criticality assessments and risk prioritization for plant assets
- Implement reliability-based maintenance strategies across operations
- Conduct RCM / FMEA analyses on critical equipment
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for downtime, yield loss, and capacity issues
- Identify and eliminate chronic equipment failures
- Develop systems to optimize asset lifecycle cost management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Reliability, or Engineering Technology
- Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience
- Minimum 5 years in Maintenance & Reliability leadership role
- Proven experience in implementing Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM)
- Strong experience with FMEA, RCA, CMMS, and predictive maintenance tools
- Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration (MBA)
- 7 years of dedicated maintenance reliability experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills across all organizational levels
