- Provide education and information about PACE services to referral sources and community stakeholders.
- Track outreach activities and referral progress using CRM systems (Salesforce, Athena, etc.).
- Represent the organization at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities.
- Fluency in Spanish (Required).
- Minimum of 1 year of sales and marketing experience.
- At least 1 year of healthcare or senior care experience preferred.
- Outside sales experience preferred.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Athena, or similar platforms.
- Ability to obtain DHCS training certification and pass the marketing representative exam within 30 days of hire.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Experience within the local service area preferred.
- Strong understanding of PACE programs or senior healthcare services.
- Established local community connections within senior or healthcare networks.
