Key Responsibilities
- Install electrical systems including conduit, wiring, panels, and equipment
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and project blueprints
- Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality work
- Assist in mentoring apprentices and supporting team development
- Follow all jobsite safety procedures and participate in toolbox talks
- Communicate progress, material needs, and issues with the foreman
- Journeyman Electrician license (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of NEC codes and electrical installation practices
- Ability to read electrical blueprints
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
