We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Electrical Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for commercial and industrial electrical projects while working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed electrical estimates from takeoff through final bid submission
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and scope requirements
- Perform accurate material and labor takeoffs using industry software
- Develop competitive and profitable bid pricing
- Manage bid timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain and update estimating databases, assemblies, and templates
- Track opportunities and follow-ups to improve win rates
- Collaborate with internal team members on project strategy and pricing
- Utilize tools and technology to improve estimating efficiency
Experience as an Electrical Estimator (commercial or industrial preferred)
Proficiency In
- Accubid Anywhere
- Bluebeam
- Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced)
- Google Workspace
- Strong understanding of electrical construction methods, materials, and labor units
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Experience with large-scale commercial or industrial projects
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Follow Up CRM or similar)
- Experience improving estimating systems, processes, or workflows
- Interest in leveraging automation or AI tools to improve performance
