A fast-growing, YC-backed startup is hiring a Member of Technical Staff (6–14 years' experience) to help redefine how banks and fintechs automate compliance. Think AI-powered analysts tackling KYB, KYC and AML workflows through cutting-edge agentic systems.
You'll join a high-calibre, 6-person engineering team that's set to double this year, working directly with experienced founders who've previously built and exited successful AI companies. With paying customers already onboard and zero competitive losses to date, this is a chance to make a huge impact at a pivotal stage.
💻 You'll be:
• Building AI/browser agents with deep integrations
• Shipping end-to-end cloud systems at speed
• Designing novel AI agent workflows using the latest models
• Optimising compliance automation across KYB, KYC & AML
• Working closely with customers to shape the product
🛠 Tech Stack
Python | AWS | Machine Learning | AI Agents
✅ You'll bring:
• 6–14 years in software engineering
• Experience building and deploying cloud-based systems
• Strong ownership and product mindset
• Startup experience (founder or early employee is highly valued)
• RegTech/FinTech experience is a bonus
