Founding Full Stack Engineer
San Francisco (5 days onsite)
$160,000–$210,000 0.5–1.5% equity

I’m working with an early-stage AI startup that’s looking for a Founding Full Stack Engineer (3–5 years’ experience) to help build AI agents automating mission-critical workflows for defence customers.
You’ll own product development end-to-end, build customer-facing AI products, shape the technical roadmap, and work directly with users to rapidly iterate on features.
Tech stack includes TypeScript, Next.js, Express, PostgreSQL, AWS, Kubernetes, LLMs, Grafana, Loki, Keycloak and Mastra.
I’m keen to speak with engineers who have experience shipping production software in fast-paced startup environments, have built with modern TypeScript stacks, deployed applications on AWS, and have experience integrating LLMs into production. Previous experience in defence tech or working with DoD customers is a plus.
