I’m looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support myself and our team directly in managing our fast-growing businesses. This is a hybrid primarily work from home in person position for someone who is reliable, structured, and enjoys creating order out of chaos.

You’ll help with scheduling, communication, personal organization, task management, and occasional in-person support for content days and errands. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organization, productivity, and being a key part of a fast-paced and fun environment.

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain daily calendar
Plan and organize work blocks, calls, content filming, and meetings
Sort, filter, and respond to emails/messages
Document organization (Google Drive, ClickUp, Notes)
Prepare daily briefs and priorities
Set reminders and ensure deadlines are met
Business Operations
Coordinate with internal team (sales, operations, editors, coaches)
Collect daily/weekly updates from team members
Summarize reports and filter important info
Assist with onboarding tasks and small operational projects
Prepare basic documents, meeting notes, and reminders
Content & Creative Support
Assist during filming days (camera prep, lighting, setup support)
Help organize content ideas, schedules, and media folders
Help with small creative tasks (scripts, outlines, checklists)
Keep gear, studio space, and schedules organized
Personal & Lifestyle Management
Schedule appointments (doctor, dentist, haircut, car, etc.)
Run occasional errands (mail, pickup, returns)
Help maintain organization in home office/studio
Assist with travel planning, packing lists, and logistics

Valid driver’s license (for errands)
Must be able to come in-person 1–3 times/week
Strong English grammar communication skills
Highly organized and reliable
Comfortable with technology (Google Calendar, Drive, basic task apps)
Professional, respectful, and trustworthy with sensitive information
Schedule:
Flexible, but typically:
Monday-Friday availability
3-5 hours/day
Occasional weekend or evening tasks if needed (rare)
Some days fully remote, some in-person
Compensation:
this is a growth-based position, so compensation starts respected to the amount of workload, if we mutually decide this is a long-term good fit, tasks will increase as compensation and eventually transition into a full-time position!
starting comp is as follows:
$18–$25/hr depending on experience
Performance raises available after 60–90 days
Potential transition to full-time role as company grows.
Room for advancement into Operations, Project Management, or Creative Coordination
