Our growing client in Oakland County is looking hire a PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT to its team. This is a newly created role due to recent growth and expansion.
RESPONSIBILITIES of the Property Accountant include:
- Complete monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement preparation including necessary accruals
- Assist Controller with budget preparation
- Reconcile bank accounts monthly
- Prepare annual CAM estimates and reconciliations

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 2 years of related full cycle Accounting experience
- Previous Real Estate and / or Property Management industry experience
- Strong General Ledger accounting skills
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
