Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to fill a opening with a property management / construction company located in Metro Detroit. The ideal candidates should have Project Management experience specifically with Construction projects.
Requirements of the Project Manager
- Minimum 2 years general construction experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Project & Outlook
- Hold Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel as required to sites, bid meetings, etc. which may be several days at a time
- Ability to communicate progress of crews to direct management as well as customer representatives

Responsibilities of the Project Manager
- Gain knowledge of construction approach and processes
- Ensure effective use of schedule and resources to field crews
- Proactively manage changes in scope, potential risks, and develop appropriate contingencies
- Communicate and lead project calls with project stakeholders and customers
- Develop project redline blueprint submittals
- Organize subcontractors and vendors
- Assist with estimating new potential opportunities
- Develop and maintain multiple high-level schedules
- Ensure health, safety & environmental requirements are met
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
