Key Responsibilities
- Manage birthday party inquiries, bookings, and event planning
- Convert leads into confirmed party reservations through phone, email, and in-person consultations
- Assist customers in selecting party packages, upgrades, and add-ons
- Coordinate party schedules and confirm event details with guests
- Supervise party hosts and ensure high-quality event execution
- Track bookings, sales performance, and event schedules
- Resolve guest concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
- Experience in sales, event planning, hospitality, or entertainment venues preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Leadership experience supervising staff preferred
- Comfortable working weekends and busy event days
- English and Spanish required
- Portuguese is a strong plus
