Key Responsibilities~
- Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and support issues
- Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw
- Draft and file legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements
- Negotiate settlements advocating for client interests
- Stay current on laws and regulations affecting family law
- Collaborate on complex family law cases
- Provide guidance on divorce, custody, and support matters
- Litigate in court as needed
- Maintain strong client communication and support throughout legal processes
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing
- 3-5 years of litigation experience
- Strong negotiation skills with a record of successful settlements
- Proficient in legal research and writing, familiar with Westlaw
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail
- Ethical commitment to client service and legal practice
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
- In-person position in Doylestown, PA
