About the Role
Supports new and existing clients in the set up and use of purchased software.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for engaging client
- Managing benefit implementation phase with DP expertise
- Tests and troubleshoots final system setup
Qualifications
- Associates degree or minimum of 3 years related experience
- 3 years related experience
Required Skills
- Client service and client account management

- HRIS
- Payroll and benefit subject matter knowledge and systems experience
- Analytical skills
- Time management
- Excellent written and verbal communications
Preferred Skills
- Industry certification not required but would be beneficial to the role (i.e. FPC, CPP, PHR, SHRM-CP, PMP, etc.)
