Treatment Nurse (LPN/RN) – El Monte, CA
Valley View Post Acute Location: El Monte, CA Pay: $36.00–$42.00/hour Schedule: Full-time

Valley View Post Acute is a compassionate, resident-focused facility dedicated to providing high-quality care in a supportive and professional environment. We’re seeking a skilled and caring Treatment Nurse (LPN or RN) to lead dermatologic care and support our residents’ well-being.
What You’ll Do
- Assess, diagnose & treat skin conditions (ulcers, abrasions, infections, benign lesions)
- Collaborate with physicians, DON, and care teams to develop & implement care plans
- Monitor skin integrity, mobility, and comfort
- ️ Document treatments and resident status accurately in facility systems
- ️ Participate in nursing reports, committee meetings & in-service training
- Maintain confidentiality and report HIPAA or safety violations
- Assist with admissions, discharges & rehabilitation activities
- Ensure inventory of skin care supplies and proper use of PPE
✅ What You’ll Need
- Active, unencumbered LPN or RN license in California
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in post-acute or long-term care
- Strong knowledge of wound care & dermatologic nursing practices
- Excellent communication, documentation & teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and assist in emergency evacuations
