What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Assist customers with insurance questions, policy changes, renewals, and coverage reviews
- Generate and present insurance quotes tailored to customer needs
- Conduct sales presentations and help clients select appropriate coverage
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand existing accounts
- Follow up consistently with clients and prospects
- Develop networking relationships within the community
- Manage multiple customer requests while maintaining excellent service standards
- Stay organized and ensure timely follow-up on all customer interactions
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office culture
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
- Minimum 1 year of insurance sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to meet goals and performance expectations
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and dependability
- Positive attitude and genuine desire to help people
