P&C Design Supervisor
Location – Chicago or Remote
Salaries range up to $140k plus incredible 401k contribution, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO and bonus
Our Client:
- Our client is a small but growing consultant that were first established in 2010. They work on Substation design projects from conception through to completion and distribution through to transmission voltage levels. With half days every Friday and a quarterly bonus, this is a business that looks after its employees and because of this, has established a warm, family like atmosphere!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Engineering projects through the design process.
- Complete and QA/QC P&C design as well as preform basic calculations.
- Client interfacing.
- Responsible for small team and overall direction of team.
- Take the lead in building out a high preforming team with interviewing and mentorship.
The successful candidate must have/show:
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering (Electrical).
- 5 years experience in Substation design
- PE strongly preferred.
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
