What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Partner position at Velocity Tech Inc?
This role can be located in either Dallas or Tampa Bay - no relocation package.
Must Have:
4 years of continued full-cycle professional services Recruiting experience
Ability to recruit management level - AVP, VP
Stable work history
Must be a hunter – ability and willingness to headhunt (call into competitors)
Proficiency with ATS and online recruiting platforms, such as LI Recruiter
Ability to act as a business partner to hiring managers. Need an assertive personality
Demonstrated success in developing and executing recruiting strategies to build talent pipelines and meet hiring goal
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Financial Services or Mortgage Industry experience preferred, but must have Professional Services experience (if they are recruiting operations/manufacturing this will not be a fit)
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
