What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Administrative Representative position at Vein Clinics of Hawaii?
We are a busy Specialty Medical Office looking for a full time administrative representative to join our professional team at our Lihue office.
Basic duties includes: greeting walk-in's, answering the phone with a smile, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, collecting copay's and account balances, processing credit card transactions, insurance verification, obtaining referrals from other medical providers, filing, scanning and assisting staff as needed and all other duties assigned.
Medical knowledge or background is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus. Applicants must have experience in delivering superb customer service with the "aloha" spirit, be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, organize effectively to create an efficient office environment, and have the motivation and initiative to be a productive team player.
