What are the responsibilities and job description for the FSP Operator position at Vehicle Management Solutions?
Job Description:
IncidentClear Road Ranger Service patrol would patrol I-95, I-595 and I-75 in Broward County to provide rapid response clearance of disabled vehicles, monitor the highway, maintain traffic flow, and remove road debris. Support local and state police, Fire, and Emergency Services.
Responsibilities:
Servicing disabled vehicles by providing fuel, oil, and other system fluids
Clearing stranded vehicles and debris from driving lanes
Changing or inflating tires
Making minor mechanical repairs
Securing the area around your vehicle
Transporting motorists to a safe location
Providing cell phone assistance and providing directions
Qualifications:
Must be at least 25 years of age
Unwavering reliability/punctuality
Have a safe driving record with a current Florida driver's license
Excellent customer service skills
Be able to lift 60 pounds
Pass a criminal background check and driver license investigation (no felony convictions are accepted)
Pass a background check
Pass a pre-employment and an annual random drug test
Possess certification in first-aid or willingness to obtain certification
Possess knowledge of basic automotive mechanics
Possess sound judgment in carrying out their duties and conduct themselves in such a manner that will reflect favorably upon IncidentClear
