Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client’s SAP projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to allocate the right resources for SAP projects.
• Ensure timely project delivery with adherence to quality and budget.
• Identify and drive business growth opportunities within the account.
• Provide regular account updates, reporting project status, risks, and escalations.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong SAP knowledge and hands-on experience (functional or technical modules).
• Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles in IT services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite full-time at the client location.
Preferred:
• Experience with SAP implementation, testing, or support projects.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
