- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client’s SAP projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to allocate the right resources for SAP projects.
- Ensure timely project delivery with adherence to quality and budget.
- Identify and drive business growth opportunities within the account.
- Provide regular account updates, reporting project status, risks, and escalations.
- Strong SAP knowledge and hands-on experience (functional or technical modules).
- Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles in IT services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work onsite full-time at the client location.
- Experience with SAP implementation, testing, or support projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
