- Experience & Skillset: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in security system installations and maintenance, with a solid grasp of IP/CCTV, Access Control, and Intercom technologies.
- Technical Savvy: Adept at reading and interpreting schematics and drawings, with a comprehensive understanding of network infrastructures and security equipment.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Proficient in using diagnostic tools and techniques to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Professional Attributes: Excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage projects effectively, meeting deadlines and adhering to budgets.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Demonstrated experience with security systems and equipment.
- Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation that’s able to accommodate a 6’ ladder (Company vehicles are limited and currently not immediately available; however, they can be requested and will be allocated based on a waitlist system.)
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and work in various physical environments.
- Relevant Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
