Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of positions. The ideal candidate is passionate about sourcing hard-to-find talent, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, referrals, networking, and other sourcing techniques.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and difficult-to-fill positions.
- Screen candidates for technical qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate structured interview processes.
- Negotiate offers based on market trends and candidate expectations.
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
- Support diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive recruiting practices.
- Enhance employer branding through compelling job postings and social media engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of recruiting experience
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and ATS platforms
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of recruiting experience
- Experience in both agency and corporate recruiting
- Experience recruiting for technical and professional roles
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
