Job Summary

The Azure Storage Support Engineer provides advanced technical support for Microsoft Azure Storage services, helping enterprise customers design, troubleshoot, secure, and optimize large-scale storage solutions. The role focuses on Azure Blob Storage, Azure Files, Data Lake Storage Gen2, Queues, Tables, SFTP, replication, security, and performance optimization.

• Troubleshoot Azure Storage issues involving:
  • Blob Storage
  • Azure Files
  • Azure Queues
  • Azure Tables
  • Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS)
  • SFTP for Azure Blob Storage
• Investigate authentication and authorization issues involving:
  • Microsoft Entra ID
  • RBAC
  • SAS Tokens
  • Shared Keys
  • Managed Identities
• Support storage networking configurations:
  • Private Endpoints
  • Service Endpoints
  • Firewalls
  • VNets
  • DNS Resolution
• Analyze performance bottlenecks and scalability concerns.
• Support archive, cool, hot, and premium storage workloads.
• Assist customers with data migration, backup, disaster recovery, and rehydration strategies.
• Perform storage log analysis and diagnostics.
• Escalate product defects to engineering teams when required.

• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge articles.
