We are seeking a Site Leader to oversee daily site operations, staff management, customer interactions, equipment coordination, and data collection activities. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day site operations, including personnel, equipment, customer engagement, and data collection activities.
- Supervise a team of up to 16 employees, providing coaching, performance management, scheduling, and operational support.
- Drive process improvements and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
- Manage staff schedules, timesheet approvals, and resource allocation to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure data collection activities are conducted efficiently, safely, and in alignment with client objectives and project requirements.
- Maintain strict compliance with client security protocols, data privacy standards, and participant safety requirements.
- Safeguard sensitive information, client-owned devices, and collected data throughout all phases of project execution.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to achieve project goals.
