Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and software applications.
- Deploy software updates, patches, and upgrades to desktop systems.
- Provide desktop support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
- Assist with basic networking tasks, including connectivity troubleshooting and setup.
- Support hardware connectivity, peripheral devices, and other IT equipment.
- Set up and maintain test benches and lab environments for testing purposes.
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, switches, and controllers.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and system configurations.
