You'll work closely with our Sales Director, Operations Director, and a network of independent sales reps to drive performance across key accounts. What You'll Be Doing
Sales Analysis & Reporting
- Build and manage seasonal forecasts, custom analytics, and performance reports for the Sales Director and team.
- Collaborate with sales reps to tailor assortments and boost in-store performance using NSAW tools.
- Design reporting solutions that help retailers optimize sell-through and profitability.
- Monitor account performance and deliver actionable insights to drive growth.
- Track demo programs, samples, and retail marketing effectiveness—managing associated budgets with precision.
- Use price-monitoring software to ensure compliance with MAP policies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Planning, and Customer Service to align initiatives with account needs.
- Support the creation of compelling brand and product presentations, including virtual sales decks.
- Coordinate the shipment of samples and promotional materials to enhance account performance.
Continuous Improvement & Strategic Insights
- Identify growth opportunities by store or location and implement strategies to improve sell-through.
- Anticipate risks and propose solutions to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Contribute ideas to improve reporting, processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Need
Skills & Experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools and ERP systems (NetSuite and NSAW preferred).
- Strong retail math and analytics skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- A proactive mindset—comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Adaptability and reliability in meeting deadlines and navigating change.
Qualifications
- Minimum Experience: 3 years in a sales analyst or similar role.
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with footwear, sports retail, and competitive market trends.
- Experience in footwear, wholesale, or retail environments.
