Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Sales Manager to oversee and grow a high-performing in-home sales force. This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue, developing people, and maintaining RIHI’s customer-first culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and train new sales consultants to expand our regional footprint.
- Lead and mentor a team of in-home sales representatives and sales managers.
- Conduct individual and group training sessions to enhance skills and performance.
- Collaborate with the Call Center on a daily basis to align appointments and performance metrics.
- Plan and lead weekly sales meetings to review goals, results, and best practices.
- Monitor sales performance and take timely actions to ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Oversee cancel-save efforts to maintain high close and retention rates.
- Work closely with other RIHI department leaders to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Protect and foster RIHI’s family-oriented culture that has thrived for three generations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of in-home sales experience (required).
- Proven success in sales management, preferably in home improvement or similar industries.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
- Ability to analyze metrics and drive accountability through data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
