We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various carpentry and construction tasks, demonstrating proficiency in both rough and finish carpentry. This role requires hands-on experience with tools, materials, and techniques used in the construction and restoration industry. The Carpenter/Laborer will be responsible for executing projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Duties
- Perform construction tasks including framing, trim carpentry, and fixture installation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to determine work requirements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various carpentry tasks.
- Engage in concrete forming, masonry, and roofing as needed for projects.
- Execute water damage restoration and mold remediation work when required.
- Assist with heavy lifting and installation of cabinets, doors, siding, and flooring.
- Conduct caulking, plastering, and painting as part of finishing work.
- Collaborate with team members on-site to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience in carpentry or related construction fields is essential.
- Familiarity with construction estimating, fabrication, rebar installation, and metal stud framing is a plus.
- Background in woodworking, remodeling, electrical work, plumbing, or tile laying is advantageous.
- Prior experience in the restoration industry or maintenance person services is preferred.
