- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and investigate project sites
- Review and understand all bid documents, including plans and specifications.
- Conduct accurate material take-offs and request quotes from subcontractors and vendors.
- Estimate labor and equipment resources required for jobs.
- Coordinate subcontractors and negotiate purchase orders.
- Review final bids with senior management.
- Assist with permits, licenses, and prepare project submittals.
- Develop and coordinate production tracking and prepare project schedules.
- Manage project turnover meetings, foreman's packs, and change order tracking
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- 5 to 7 years’ experience in underground dry utility pipeline construction.
- Knowledge and Experience in Bid2Win (B2W) a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project)
- Valid California Driver’s License.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both written and oral forms (bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus).
- Demonstrates a strong capacity to quickly adapt by learning new skills and unlearning outdated ones.
- Ability to apply logical principles and thinking to solve problems and make effective decisions.
- Willing to perform work that supports the values, quality, goals and objectives of the company.
- Experience in the development and construction of other telecom/data infrastructures domestically or abroad is a plus.

Salary : $75,000 - $150,000
