Commercial Litigation Matters Include
- Business and contract disputes
- Lender and financial services litigation
- Fraud-based claims
- Commercial disputes involving complex fact patterns and damages
- State court litigation from inception through trial
- Drafting and arguing substantive motions, including pre-trial motions
- Taking and defending depositions, including expert witnesses
- Preparing for and participating in trial
- Working closely with multiple partners across a range of matters
- Managing state court litigation with increasing autonomy and responsibility, and working in tandem on federal court matters.
