Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop regional IT teams to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
Drive regional IT strategy by implementing innovative solutions that enhance service delivery across multiple locations.
Resolve complex technical issues, acting as the senior point for escalation and ensuring minimal disruption to services.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement and adherence to IT policies and compliance standards.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in IT management or leadership, demonstrating hands-on technical capabilities and strategic planning.
Proven expertise in managing IT operations in a multi-site environment with a focus on scalability and security.
Strong background in technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, enabling effective resolution of complex issues.
Experience mentoring and developing teams in a fast-paced, evolving corporate culture.
