Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry to join our team for a 13-week contract assignment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care on a 37-bed Cardiac Telemetry unit, managing patient conditions that require continuous cardiac monitoring and timely clinical assessment.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring
- Interpret and respond to cardiac rhythm changes and telemetry data
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with clinical protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license (Illinois)
- Minimum of 1–2 years of recent Telemetry experience
- Strong understanding of cardiac rhythms and telemetry monitoring
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Ability to float to additional units and adapt to varying patient populations
- Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills
Job Types: Travel nursing, Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
