Title: Quality Improvement Nurses
Location: New Jersey (On-site Travel)

We are seeking a licensed clinical professional (RN, NP, PA, LCSW, or equivalent) to drive clinical adoption, eCQM execution, quality improvement, and workflow transformation across a large multi-site healthcare network.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead eCQM, HEDIS, and CMS quality measure initiatives.
- Improve provider adoption and utilization of clinical decision support tools.
- Conduct workflow assessments, training, and change management activities.
- Monitor quality gap closure, provider engagement, and performance metrics.
- Partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to optimize outcomes.
- Present progress and recommendations to clinical and executive leadership.
Requirements
- Active clinical license (RN, NP, PA, LCSW, or equivalent).
- 3 years of experience in clinical practice, care management, population health, or ambulatory operations.
- Experience with eCQM, HEDIS, CMS quality measures, and Epic or similar EHR systems.
- Strong stakeholder management, training, and workflow improvement skills.
Preferred
- Clinical Informatics, Population Health, ACO, MSSP, or Value-Based Care experience.
- Client-facing consulting or healthcare technology background.
