Position: Physical Therapist
Department: Rehab
Location: Macomb, IL 61455
Position Type: Direct Hire / Permanent
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts (M-F)
Pay rate: $43/hr. - $65/hr.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ physical abilities, mobility, strength, and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, recovery, and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Illinois Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
- 1 Year of experience in (neuro, pelvic health, vestibular, pediatrics ) preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, rehabilitation, and patient communication skills.
- Previous experience in a hospital, outpatient rehabilitation, or clinical setting preferred.
Pay: $43.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
