We're Hiring: Nurse Manager – Med Surg

Location: Brockton, MA

Salary Range: $90,000–$130,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Manager – Med Surg to lead and support our nursing team in Brockton, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to promote professional growth and effective teamwork.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care.
• Oversee daily medical-surgical unit operations to support quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and care delivery.
• Promote compliance with clinical standards, organizational policies, and applicable regulations.
• Support staff training, performance improvement, and continuous quality initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 3 years of acute-care RN experience in a medical-surgical setting.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to supervise staff and evaluate clinical practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to mentor, train, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Compensation

Annual Salary: $90,000–$130,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
