Compensation
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with additional factors like territory requirements, qualifications, and performance taken into account. The typical pay range for this position is $60,000 – $65,000 annually, with potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits.

What You’ll Do
- Support surgical teams by prepping and managing spinal instrumentation and implants
- Learn spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques through structured training and real-world exposure
- Manage logistics and surgical inventory across hospital accounts
- Ensure successful surgical case coverage by staying sharp, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Work closely with surgeons, hospital staff, and your team to deliver outstanding service
- Represent VB Spine with professionalism, urgency, and integrity
- Bachelor’s degree OR
- Associate’s degree/medical certification 2 years of work experience
- High school diploma 4 years of relevant work experience
- 4 years of military service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to learn quickly, work hard, and grow within a team
- Composure in high-pressure, clinical settings
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and maintain flexibility for an on-call schedule
