What You’ll Do
- Safely transport medical products to and from customer locations.
- Arrange, load, unload, and return surgical sets and materials in an organized, secure manner
- Read maps or use GPS to configure efficient delivery and pickup routes
- Deliver outstanding customer service and field on-site questions or concerns
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety inspections
- Accurately document deliveries, pickups, and transactions using branch systems
- Support quality initiatives and participate in on-call rotation
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely escalation to branch personnel
- Maintain organized records, reports, and files related to delivery operations
- Support consignment and direct-use product delivery
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Based in or near Plainview, NY
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with delivery systems
- Strong understanding of transportation best practices, safety, and compliance
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable using GPS, maps, and route planning tools
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and attention to detail
