Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hourJob description:Location: Hudson, OhioShifts Available:1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Will train on 1st shift)Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PMWork 36 hours, get paid for 40! (Training on 1st shift, Monday–Friday)Position SummaryThe CNC Machine Operator is responsible for producing high-quality machined parts while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. This role involves setting up and operating CNC mill and lathe machines, conducting in-process inspections, and ensuring accurate documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to excellence in all aspects of production.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components according to specifications.Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and supervisor instructions.Perform and document routine inspections and measurements using tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, comparators, and CMM equipment.Make minor machine adjustments after receiving proper training.Record production data using Microsoft Navision and data collection sheets.Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure production goals are met.Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure proper handling of materials.Move materials using a forklift or pallet jack as needed.Use small hand tools for deburring, trimming, or finishing parts.Consistently report to work on time and ready for the scheduled shift.QualificationsRequired:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 years of CNC machine operation experienceStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periodsTeam-oriented with strong communication skillsWillingness to work overtime as neededPreferred:Experience reading and interpreting blueprintsProficiency with measurement instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, optical comparators, etc.)Tow motor (forklift) certification or experienceAbility to visually inspect small parts and fine details (burrs, edges, radius, etc.)Why Join Us?Competitive pay based on experiencePaid training and advancement opportunitiesSafe, team-oriented work environmentOvertime opportunities availableWeekend shift premium (36 hours worked = 40 hours paid)Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insuranceVision insuranceWork Location: In person
