Job SummaryThe CNC Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machines in accordance with work instructions and blueprints.Load raw materials and ensure parts are machined to proper dimensions and tolerances.Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain production quality.Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized.Follow all safety procedures and company policies.Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.QualificationsPrevious experience as a CNC Operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measuring instruments.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.Dependable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and in a team setting.IND2
