Job Summary
The Production Associate supports daily manufacturing operations by assisting with production line activities, material handling, and basic assembly or packaging tasks. This role requires attention to detail, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with production line and general manufacturing processes
- Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products as required
- Perform basic assembly, packaging, sorting, or inspection tasks
- Operate basic tools and equipment (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety guidelines, work instructions, and company policies
- Meet production goals and quality standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Previous factory or warehouse experience preferred but not required
