Location: Hudson, Ohio
Pay: $19–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Available Shifts:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Weekend Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Job Summary
The Quality Technician is responsible for supporting quality control activities to ensure products meet company and customer standards. This role involves inspecting parts, documenting results, and working closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspections of incoming, in-process, and finished products
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment
- Document inspection results and maintain quality records
- Identify and report nonconforming materials or quality issues
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous quality, inspection, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications is a plus
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks during shift
