What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Manager position at Vastika Inc?
Hybrid role working 2 days onsite and 3 days from home, w/ flexibility per business need.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Minimum of (2) years’ management experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP. SOX, and adherence to financial reporting policies
- Strong accounting experience including review of month-end close processes
- Strong business process and data analysis skills
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- FP&A experience
- Understanding of relational database concepts
- SQL query writing skills
- MAcc or CPA
