Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting cross-functional project activities, ensuring effective communication, organized execution, and timely delivery of project milestones. This role serves as a bridge between internal teams and agency partners, maintaining alignment and promoting a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and agency partners, ensuring consistent communication and a seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate project activities across multiple teams—scheduling meetings, tracking tasks, following up on action items, and ensuring projects stay organized and on schedule.
- Monitor project progress and timelines, ensuring milestones are met and potential risks or roadblocks are identified and escalated early.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and dashboards, ensuring up-to-date visibility into project status.
- Promote consistency by using standardized project management tools, templates, and processes within the PMO framework.
- Partner with agencies to manage activities associated with projects of varying complexity, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with external project managers (vendor or agency-side) to align on project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and agency representatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and ideas that enhance efficiency, communication, and project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in project coordination or project support, preferably in a cross-functional or client-facing environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
