The technician will work closely with clients to ensure their HVAC needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Pay
- Hourly Rate Commissions Spiffs
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning units and systems.
- Troubleshoot HVAC issues using schematics and diagnostic tools.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct field service visits to assess customer needs and provide solutions.
- Repair or replace faulty components such as compressors, motors, and wiring.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople for comprehensive property maintenance.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment for repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work performed.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC systems.
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role in the field of air conditioning.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on HVAC systems
- Familiarity with HVAC design principles and construction processes.
- Experience in equipment repair
- Ability to read blueprints or schematics related to HVAC installations and repairs.
- Previous experience in property maintenance or field service is highly desirable.
