Role Description The Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Englewood, CO. In this position, the technician will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on residential and commercial HVAC systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation. Daily tasks include responding to service calls, evaluating system performance, conducting preventive maintenance, and completing detailed service documentation. The technician will interact directly with customers, explain findings and recommended solutions, and uphold high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. This role may involve occasional after-hours or weekend work to support urgent service needs.

Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including the ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently.
- Experience with maintenance & repair and preventive maintenance for heating and air conditioning equipment.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction, with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously with clients.
- EPA certification (or ability to obtain) for handling refrigerants and compliance with environmental regulations.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and safety standards; prior experience in residential and/or commercial service is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and manufacturer specifications.
