Position Summary:
The CAD Drafter will support engineering and design teams by preparing technical drawings and layouts. Must be proficient in CAD software and able to convert concepts, sketches, and specifications into accurate drawings. Works closely with engineering, quality, and production to ensure designs meet standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create 2D CAD drawings, blueprints, and layouts from sketches, field notes, and specifications
- Revise drawings per engineering feedback and design changes
- Ensure all drawings comply with company and industry drafting standards
- Prepare assembly, fabrication, detail, and production drawings as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, production) to clarify design requirements
- Maintain organized drawing files and documentation

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
