Location: Lehi, UT 84043 (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 12 months with possible extension
Pay Range: $45.00/hr. to $50.47/hr. on W2
Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card only
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO
Role Overview:
- The Associate Sales Operations Analyst will partner with Sales Managers, Sales Operations, Sales Insights, and cross-functional teams to support retention and renewal efforts through timely analytics, reporting, and operational support.
- This role will assist with renewals forecasting, pipeline analysis, data validation, and sales process execution while helping ensure accurate and consistent information across sales and reporting systems.
- This is a fast-paced sales environment requiring strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- The ideal candidate is also comfortable using AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity, analysis, and process efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with Sales Managers and sales representatives to support retention goals through pipeline analysis, renewals forecasting, performance reporting, and identification of key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc analytics, reviewing sales and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas requiring further investigation.
- Support Sales Operations and cross-functional partners in identifying and resolving operational pain points, process issues, and open items throughout the selling quarter.
- Perform cross-system data validation and integrity analysis, identifying and helping resolve discrepancies across CRM, reporting, financial, and operational systems.
- Support end-of-quarter renewal activities, including sales orders, approvals, transaction processing, and other internal workflows required to move business through completion.
- Assist sales teams with internal systems and processes, including Salesforce, and provide analytical support for renewal structuring and retention efforts.
- Leverage approved AI and automation tools to accelerate analysis, streamline repetitive tasks, synthesize information, and improve the efficiency and quality of recurring reporting and operational processes.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations colleagues to document and share best practices, support process standardization, and assist with annual account and territory planning activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with sales, financial, or operational data.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis; familiarity with data modeling concepts.
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience performing data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across multiple data sources or systems.
- Comfortable using and learning AI-enabled productivity and analytical tools to improve efficiency and support repeatable workflows.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while working within established procedures.
- Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
