About Tora Sales Group

Tora Sales Group is a growing direct-to-consumer sales organization focused on residential fiber internet. We recruit, train, and deploy sales teams into fiber markets throughout the United States.

We are currently building our operations and are looking for a motivated Sales Operations Manager who wants the opportunity to help build the company from the ground up.

This is not a traditional office-only Operations Manager position. The person we hire will work directly with ownership during the startup phase to build our recruiting, onboarding, training, and deployment systems. As sales teams begin deploying, the Operations Manager will also travel with teams and oversee our sales blitzes in the field.

We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable leading people, and excited about helping build a growing sales organization.

Position Overview

The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for helping manage the day-to-day operations of Tora Sales Group.

During the initial startup phase, the position will primarily work from our Utah office alongside the Owner to recruit and onboard our first sales teams and establish company systems.

Once sales teams begin deploying, the Operations Manager will travel with the team on approximately 10-day sales blitzes and act as Tora's primary on-site leader.

The Operations Manager will also have the opportunity to personally sell during blitzes and earn additional sales commissions on top of hourly compensation.

Blitz & Travel Operations

Tora will operate organized sales deployments, generally lasting approximately 10 days.

Reporting & Accountability

The Operations Manager will work directly with the Owner of Tora Sales Group.

During startup, there will be a short daily meeting to review:

  • Tasks completed the previous day
  • Recruiting pipeline
  • Representatives currently onboarding
  • Upcoming training
  • Blitz readiness
  • Sales performance
  • Problems requiring management attention
  • Priorities for the current day

We are looking for someone who can eventually take ownership of Tora's daily operations without requiring constant direction.

Compensation

Base Compensation: $25.00 per hour

Approximately 30 hours per week during the initial startup phase.

Additional earning opportunities will be available when traveling with sales teams, including commission on personal qualifying sales.

As Tora grows, this position will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibility and potentially develop into a larger Operations Director role.

Travel Requirements

This position is based in Utah, but regular travel will eventually be required.

Tora Sales Group plans to operate approximately 10-day sales blitzes in fiber markets throughout the United States.

Candidates must be comfortable traveling with sales teams and spending extended periods away from home during scheduled deployments.
